An award-winning 2012 documentary Go GrandRider (不老騎士) launched the same year as the MBBS Medical Humanities curriculum. The film records the remarkable adventure of a group of octogenarians riding scooters across Taiwan, despite their families’ worries and fears, on a grand adventure that proves dreams and passion don’t fade away with the onset of old age. A post-screening discussion with teachers/ community partners who bring ageing issues to the MH curriculum.
