Ms Karina Hiu-Yen CHAN
(Joint Appointment with Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care)
Karina is currently a teaching assistant jointly appointed in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, and the Medical Ethics and Humanities Unit. She has been the common core tutor for CCHU9019 From Health to Well-being since January 2020. She has a Masters of Social Science in Gerontology from the University of Hong Kong.
Ms Agnes Wing-Lam YEUNG
Agnes joined MEHU as a Teaching Assistant in the autumn of 2020 under the HKU Graduate Internship Programme and officially re-joined MEHU as a Curriculum Assistant in January 2021.
Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) and is a current student of the Master of Buddhist Studies Programme (with a scholarship) at The University of Hong Kong. She is also a student of the Professional Physical Theatre Youth Training Programme organized by the Tang Shu-Wing Theatre Studio and has received an Outstand Achievement Certificate with Scholarship during her study. Agnes has always been interested in art and humanities, especially performing art, religion, and philosophy. She is also determined to practice spirituality and does regular meditation to connect the body-mind-spirit and to understand the world as it is.
Her Aspiration – is to HEAL.
