Objective, Coverage and Learning Outcomes:
This seminar takes a look at important legal developments in Hong Kong health law and significant recent UK decisions that affect Hong Kong health law, such as cases of:
1. medical negligence;
2. professional misconduct; and
3. manslaughter.
Attendees will be able to acquire knowledge of these developments.
