病床 上的選擇權:一個年輕醫生一個年輕醫師對生命與人性的誠實反思 穆琳醫生是香港大學醫學系畢業的內科醫生,目前任職於仁濟醫院。童年時,想當科學家;年紀稍長,想做個生物學家;進入醫學院後, 原本想當精神科醫師,最後在畢業時選擇內科。 她是專業、理性的醫者,並帶著年輕獨具的豐沛情感,在心裡與病人和家屬同傷、共悲。經常有人問:「當醫生的是不是對死亡看得很淡?」但她認為醫護人員對病人之死看似淡泊,不是因為見慣死亡,是因他們沒見慣那位死者;然而對死者的家屬來說,他們確實失去了生命中的一部分。 事實上,習醫以來,最令她深思的並非死亡,而是生命與人性,這也推動著她真誠寫下自己上臨床課、實習及正式從醫後,期間的種種關注、思索,甚至自我懷疑,有些她豁然開朗了,有些困惑仍在尋找答案。 她以「Muk Lam」之名,在端傳媒撰寫「生死觀」、「病房筆記」兩個專欄,如實記錄一名年輕醫者的失落、自省,以及重拾期待。 穆醫生回母校和醫學生分享新書
