Yi (Luna) Wang is a PhD student in medical humanities under the supervision of Professor Alex Gearin. Her research focuses on an intersection of technology and healthcare, specifically examining the relationship between virtual reality cinema and its application in illness narratives. Luna has a MA in Critical Theory from King’s College London, a MA in Film Studies from University College London and a BA in Chinese Literature from Peking University.
