About The Seminar
This seminar will consider how AI is reshaping the doctor-patient relationship, how it might continue to change in the years to come, and the role that medical education might play in preparing doctors for this change. For example, as general purpose LLMs are more frequently accessed by the public and AI systems are increasingly integrated into diagnosis and patient management, what forms of knowledge, judgment, and presence will remain distinctively human? How can physicians of the future adapt to work ethically and effectively with AI? We welcome you to join us as we discuss the evolving ethics of AI and the doctor-patient relationship with our distinguished guests.
